i was almost gonna give a good review, but the disappointed feeling just couldn’t shake off. the kitchen didn’t have an electric kettle, of all things. the couch in the living area had a stained mattress, which is just unsightly. I also expected some complimentary gesture for my troubles, but apparently that’s not the Kasa way.

The responsive check-in process made access easy.
The furnishings were inadequate, with a tiny dining table and only three worn-out chairs. It was frustrating to see that the fold-out couch had a stained mattress. Additionally, I was disappointed by the absence of an electric kettle in the kitchen, despite it being part of the listing.

Just an optimal selection for a holiday in Bellevue with excellent value for money. I loved how each bedroom had a balcony, providing a nice spot to unwind. Bring your own towels to avoid inconvenience.

The two-bedroom setup offers generous space, great for groups looking to share without feeling cramped. Self check-in via virtual front desk is convenient, allowing a swift transition into the apartment.
Furnishings felt cheap with a small plastic dining table and flimsy chairs that weren’t up to the task for a larger party. The apartment lacked basic kitchen items like an electric kettle, hampering meal prep. Maintenance issues, such as broken luggage racks and off-track closet doors, gave a generally neglected vibe.

The location offered great access to necessities and activities. The apartment layout was spacious, featuring two bedrooms and two baths, which is perfect for our group. Each bedroom had a small balcony, providing some fresh air and a nice view. The beds were comfortable, making it easier to rest after long days. However, the furnishings felt quite cheap, with broken luggage racks and closet doors off their tracks. The lack of dressers and a small plastic dining table didn’t suit the space well. The shower head needed replacing. it did not function properly, impacting our comfort. It also felt like the apartment was set up for fewer guests. we had a larger group, yet there weren't enough plates or utensils. One elevator was out of order, which added inconvenience during busy times. Overall, it had a decent feel, but there are clear areas for improvement.

Group perfect getaway spot
Each of the rooms having access to their own balcony was such a nice surprise, allowed us to enjoy the fresh air without interrupting each other.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but honestly for what you get it's acceptable.
